As well as inviting the young learners to our design studios for a creative workshop, we also hosted a day at a local recording studio to begin capturing the project.inc story.
The animation features all the elements of project.inc’s new brand identity, which our team has crafted, building the logos and creating printed material.
Throughout our partnership with project.inc, we have been continuously inspired by the work they do. By providing a safe and nurturing alternative to the average classroom approach, they are helping to raise the aspirations of young people and reach their goals.
To see project.inc’s amazing work first-hand, come along to their exhibitions, running throughout December. Weird and Wonderful at the Silk Museum in Macclesfield and Future Memories at the Hat Works in Stockport.
“From the whole team, learners and staff, we would like to thank you for your wonderful work with us. As we shared the animation and new branding last night, it reminded us all how far we have come and why we do what we do. The outcomes developed by yourselves, will enable us to reach more marginalised and vulnerable young people, offering them a safe creative place to come to. I hope we can keep a partnership that will enable our young people to gain an insight into the world of work in creative industries.” Lisa Alberti, founder and owner at project.inc.

APS Group ranked second in list of the UK’s top 200 fastest growing global businesses
We’ve been ranked 2nd place out of 200 of the UK’s top private companies for international sales growth in the Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. This also means we’re the highest ranking North West based company to feature in the list.
It comes after a growth in international sales between 2013 and 2015, with overseas revenues climbing
203.49% to £18.5 million in 2015.
Total revenue from Group sales peaked at £82.8 million in 2015.
Nick Snelson, managing director of APS Group, said: “International growth is critical to our strategy as a business. We are honoured to be listed alongside some of UK’s global businesses. To enter the list for the first time at number two is testament to our international reach as a company and the hard work and tenacity of our teams.
Working with vendors in more than 120 countries worldwide, backed up by an international customer service centre and our enabling technology, we’re helping our clients balance global control with local execution. Our aim is to continue to expand our international partnerships and presence.”
We join fellow North West companies such as fashion retailer Missguided and online retailer The Hut Group. The league table also features UK businesses such as sportswear brand Sweaty Betty and flight search engine Skyscanner.
The 200 companies have created a combined total of new 27,000 jobs and generated £7.1 billion in overseas sales, averaging 39% per year international sales growth.
The International Track 200 is sponsored by HSBC and compiled by Fast Track, the Oxford-based research and networking events company.
